Quick Salmon Pate

Sometimes we just need something for a sandwich or wrap. Something quick, not too messy and Syn free. This is a quick easy recipe ready in 5 mins

Ingredients
1 medium tin pink salmon drained
1 rounded tbsp 0% fat Greek yoghurt
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp tomato puree
Pinch of dried tarragon
2 tsp sweetener (optional)
Salt and fresh ground black pepper

Place all ingredients in a processor and blend until smooth. Season to taste and serve
